Owner Jay Langfelder has spent his entire 18 year career in the pizza and food service industry. After working his way through the ranks of local pizzerias and restaurants in Buffalo, New York, Jay received a degree in hospitality management. Upon graduating Jay pursued a career as a food service director responsible for numerous high volume accounts and national brands. Throughout his career he always stayed intensely involved in the pizza industry as his dream was always to open a pizzeria. Jay left his position in Florida to return home open an award winning Neapolitan pizza food truck in his hometown of Buffalo, New York. Jay is now the owner of critically acclaimed Jays Artisan Pizzeria. Throughout his career he has spent time specializing in Buffalo New York style, New York style, Detroit/Sicilian style, Neapolitan, sourdough and American wood fired pizza. Jay has consulted on numerous projects nationally and internationally. Bookings are available on request ranging from product troubleshooting to product development and restaurant openings.
